We have been operating in the market since 2019, our team already has 40+ specialists, and our clients include the largest EdTech and IT companies.
We are now launching a new internal project — systematic work with the founder's network, and we are looking for someone to help turn this network into a strategic growth channel.
Who we are looking for:
We are looking for someone who will help build a systematic approach to working with the company's professional network and turn it into a stable channel for new partnerships and projects.
In this role, it is important to communicate a lot, understand the context, and be able to maintain dialogue through useful news triggers and case studies. This role is suitable for those who love to communicate and easily build rapport with people, as well as are interested in B2B marketing and AI.
Nurturing is personalized communication with D M s (Decision Makers) who are already familiar with us, with a focus on building trust, keeping contacts up-to-date, and establishing long-term relationships.
What you will be doing:
70% — systematic nurturing and database development
- Collecting and validating contact database (Telegram, LinkedIn, Max, and other sources)
- Database segmentation by ICP and priorities
- Personalized and regular communication with D M s through relevant news triggers (case studies, insights, market observations)
- Updating information: role, company, area of responsibility
- Identifying potential needs
- Scheduling meetings when the D M shows interest
- Supporting the integration of nurturing into the overall lead generation system.
30% — supporting the founder's personal brand
- Researching reasons for unsubscribes and collecting feedback from the audience
- One-off mailings for events and news triggers
- Supporting network development projects

- Searching for and implementing solutions using AI

What we expect from you:
- Basic understanding of marketing (acquisition channels, lead generation, digital tools)
- Experience with content / SMM / B2B outreach will be a plus
- Strong communication skills
- Strong operational management skills
- Confident work with Google Sheets
- Experience with Telegram, Max, CRM, LinkedIn
- Advanced skills in working with AI tools (ChatGPT, etc.) Here you can experiment with automation and AI agents, implement new solutions, and improve your skills in this area.
- Ability to feel the context and adapt the tone of voice
- Quick thinking and ability to grasp complex issues

- Full remote work with 8 hours 5/2 employment. Preferred working slots from 10 to 19 MSK
