📊 Workload 60–70% — ORM and review management 20–30% — Reddit and community 10% — analytics and reporting

🚀 Responsibilities Reputation Management (ORM): — Monitoring platforms (Trustpilot, AskGamblers, Casino Guru, LCB, etc.). — Processing and prioritizing reviews, publishing responses according to SLA. — Escalating complex cases to Support, Product, Retention, and Affiliate. — Maintaining a database of cases, response templates, and monitoring brand ratings. — Developing programs to increase the number of quality reviews. — Preparing proposals for UX improvements based on customer feedback.

Community & Reddit — Managing Reddit, Telegram, Discord, Quora, and industry forums. — Monitoring discussions about brands, competitors, and trends. — Participating in discussions, assisting users with product, bonuses, payments, and verification. — Creating a content plan for Reddit, finding new subreddits, and analyzing engagement.

Analytics — Monitoring mentions and sentiment analysis. — Analyzing competitors and user feedback. — Preparing regular reports. — Transferring insights to Product, Marketing, PR, and Support. — Maintaining a registry of platforms, accounts, and access.

🕒 Requirements — Experience in ORM/Community Management, preferably in iGaming (Casino, Betting, Affiliate). — Experience with Reddit and gambling platforms (AskGamblers, Casino Guru, etc.) will be an advantage. — Skills in user communication and conflict resolution. — Experience with mention monitoring tools. — Fluent written Russian and English. — Skills in preparing analytical reports. — Empathy, stress resistance, and customer focus. — Independence, proactivity, and adherence to SLA. — Excellent communication skills.

Will be a plus — Experience working with Tier-1/Tier-2 markets. — Own warmed-up Reddit accounts or accounts on industry forums. — Understanding of SEO/Digital PR and the impact of reviews on conversion.
