What you will be doing

Manage and develop Alfa-Bank's social media: create a content plan, come up with ideas on how to "package" offers, write texts, supervise the work of designers, capture results, and build hypotheses about content effectiveness;
Look for ways to develop Alfa-Bank's social networks: propose ideas on how to increase engagement, attract an audience and get to know them better, increase the number of subscribers without losing activity in the channel;
Interact with the business marketing team: accept briefs for posts, clarify details of new promotions, coordinate finished materials.

Our requirements for candidates

Higher education in a relevant field (Journalism / Advertising and PR / Media Communications / related);
Absolute literacy;
Creative thinking;
Experience working in-house as a writing SMM manager OR experience in SMM and copywriting separately;
Knowledge of SMM metrics and understanding how to influence them;
Knowledge of major social networks — trends, content features, and promotion;
Skills in working with contractors (creative agencies, freelance writers);
Exposure to "brand journalism": understanding how major brands (fintech and e-com) run their media, what they focus on;
Skill in working with a designer in a creative pair / close collaboration. Ability to create design briefs, select references, check materials submitted by the designer for compliance with the brief and brand requests, for dangling prepositions, typos, and so on.
