HRD or HR BP

Good afternoon! I am a recruiter at the consulting agency Marksman.

We are currently looking for an HRD or HR BP (location: Dubai, UAE).

Key responsibilities:

• Ensuring compliance with UAE labor law: contracts, legal risks, regulatory requirements for a legal entity in Dubai.
• Adapting global HR programs to the local context; participating in the formation of global HR thinking.
• Monitoring the quality and speed of hiring during active team expansion, including key/urgent positions.
• Supporting the process of obtaining a license in Dubai with a focus on HR and legal aspects.
• Implementing and supporting global projects, mission, values, R&D, and transformation initiatives.

Conditions:

• Office-based work format in Dubai.
