We are HR holding Elite, our main areas of work are personnel outstaffing services and personnel selection. Total number of employees - 1550 internal and external staff

Our clients are market leaders in Kazakhstan, international companies, government structures, and Russian companies.

Main responsibilities of the role:

• Organizational design
• Establishing the recruitment and onboarding process
• Updating the training system
• Development of KPIs and motivation systems in conjunction with the business
• Labor law compliance control
• Implementation of automation projects

Team of 2 people reporting to me. Reporting to the General Director (owner).
