We are looking for an HRD for a network of medical clinics, who can continue to develop our team and implement modern HR practices to achieve the company's strategic goals.

Requirements:

• Experience as HRD/HRBP/Head of HR/Director of Personnel, preferably in the service sector (5+ years)
• Experience implementing training, evaluation, and onboarding systems
• Experience with KPIs and HR metrics, ability to make data-driven decisions
• Knowledge of labor law and personnel management practices
• Systematic approach, high level of responsibility, focus on quality and standards
