Looking for an HRBP to join my team in Almaty (Operations block) 🍉

Freedom products (Arbuz) is growing - new cities, new warehouses, the operational direction is scaling. I am looking for an HRBP who will become a partner for this business: understands it from the inside, not just from the perspective of HR processes.

A big ➕ is experience in operational business (logistics, retail, fmcg, production). Knowledge in C&B for mass positions and experience with piece-rate labor payment will be an advantage: how to calculate it, motivate, and explain it to employees.

This is a real impact on a business with thousands of people in different cities and participation in the scaling and transformation of the brand.
