Location: remote Salary range: 120,000-150,000₽ Experience: from 1.5 years

Hi! We are Sance.AI, we are building a platform where we collect AI automations for sales and support funnels for corporate clients. This year we became prize-winners of Yandex AI Startup Lab and Conversation AI.

We are looking for someone who will: • Work on improving the stability and performance of the platform; • Support client launches together with the client manager and the customer; • Develop new integrations and improve functionality; • Create and configure automations on the platform; • Analyze tickets and fix bugs.

We expect you to: • Have a strong understanding of modern Python, frameworks are not critical. • Have experience developing functionality related to LLM, i.e., be familiar with OpenAI API, prompt engineering principles, tool calling, prompt caching, RAG, etc.; • Know how to use AI in your work: formulate requirements, review, test, not just use it superficially; • Have experience with APIs and integrations in major Russian CRMs (AmoCRM, Bitrix24, etc.); • Be proactive, ready to continue learning new things and implementing best practices in your work.

Will be a plus: • Pet projects related to LLM/AI; • Good knowledge of SQL and PostgreSQL / Clickhouse; • Technical education; • Experience in small teams / startups;
