We are currently looking for an LLM/Python Developer Intern for a team that focuses on automating HR processes using GenAI.
What you'll be doing:
- Developing and implementing AI solutions and integrations into the company's HR-Tech processes;
- Creating automations, chatbots, and AI agents;
- Writing, testing, and optimizing prompts (Prompt Engineering) for large language models (LLM);
- Testing the functionality of AI systems, evaluating the quality of model responses, and refining their logic;
- Actively using AI assistants (Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Cloude Code) to accelerate and improve development quality;
- Interacting with HR teams and business stakeholders to understand tasks and propose new automation ideas.
What we expect:
- Experience in Python development;
- Experience working with LLM models (API);
- Prompt engineering skills;
- Basic proficiency in SQL;
- Experience with Git version control systems;
- Will be an advantage:
- Experience building RAG systems;
- Experience with NLP;
- Knowledge of modern AI frameworks and libraries.
