We are building two complementary business directions: MAADS is a new tech-focused performance marketing agency helping companies grow through user acquisition, advertising, and data-driven marketing strategies. Welldone is AI-native engineering platform that enables us to build AI-powered products, automation tools, and custom software solutions for both our clients and internal operations.

We're looking for a proactive Growth & Partnerships Manager who enjoys opening new opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and working in a fast-paced environment. In this role, your primary focus will be growing MAADS by acquiring new clients and developing strategic partnerships, while also identifying opportunities to introduce AI-powered solutions from Welldone where they create additional value for customers.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full sales cycle for inbound and outbound leads, from initial outreach and qualification to meetings and deal handoff/closing.
• Conduct outbound sales activities, including personalized emails, LinkedIn outreach, demos, and other creative prospecting approaches.
• Own and continuously refine the sales tech stack (sequencing tools, AI-assisted prospecting, enrichment).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key industry stakeholders.
• Develop and test outreach messaging, value propositions, and sales strategies to generate qualified opportunities.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline in the CRM, ensuring all activities and opportunities are properly tracked.
• Analyze pipeline performance, market trends, and competitor activities to improve sales effectiveness.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.
• Represent MAADS and WellDone credibly in their respective spaces.
