The Alabuga Special Economic Zone is actively developing the "100 Leaders" leadership program, in which young specialists can participate.
"100 Leaders" is a program for the employment of young and ambitious specialists aged 19 to 29 in the SEZ "Alabuga". The three-day assessment program (skills evaluation) gives every participant a chance to get a job in the SEZ "Alabuga".
Conditions for participation in the leadership program:
- You are a citizen of the Russian Federation and are between 19 and 29 years old. They are looking for young and ambitious specialists to implement large-scale projects
- You are looking for a job or want to develop your career. This is not an internship or a training program; specialists from all over the country come here to get employed by world-class companies
- You are ready to relocate to another city. The company is located in the Republic of Tatarstan, near the cities of Yelabuga and Naberezhnye Chelny. The company does not offer remote or hybrid work schedules; only full dedication to the large-scale projects of the SEZ "Alabuga"

Selection stages:
Remote stage:
- Fill out the application on the website
- Respond to the HR specialist. They will contact you and send a link to the HR platform for registration
- Register, complete the business simulation training, and score at least 1 point in "Communication" and "Analytics"
On-site stage:
- Get to the meeting point in the city of Yelabuga
- Complete a three-day assessment, which includes meetings with top managers of the company, participation in business games, and numerous interviews in various areas
- Accept the offer by email and get employed in the SEZ "Alabuga"
