Company: Alatau City Bank Vacancy: Data Analyst Salary: up to 630,000 net (this is the maximum) + quarterly payments + bank grading

CVM - Customer Value Management - is managing customer communications to grow product sales and profitability, and to ensure customers stay with us for the long term. Interaction with the client is through the application channel. We study the client, segment them, and find the best personalized way to deliver information. This can include push and email campaigns, contextual banners, stories, onboarding, FAQ/chatbots, special offers on the main page of the application. The application is for legal entities.

Vacancy is office-based, 5/2 work schedule (Ilyich Business Center, Al-Farabi 36B) - no remote work.

What to expect from the position:

• Interaction with the business and explanation of analysis results to improve product metrics, their interdependencies, identifying new growth points, and working on churn.
• Building dashboards and automating them
• Generating and verifying hypotheses, conducting A/B tests

Requirements for this position:

• SQL, Python
• Power-BI
• Audience segmentation tools
• Minimum 2 years of experience in analytics
• Preferably have an education in IT/Data Science
