Our products are developed for the interests of the In-Bank Security Department. The main goal is to identify and prevent data leaks by employees. We are looking for an experienced Linux administrator who will be responsible for managing and supporting infrastructure, including administering Hadoop clusters, as well as automation, monitoring, and CI/CD processes. If you have strong experience in Linux administration and have worked with distributed systems, especially Hadoop, we will be happy to see you on our team!
Responsibilities
Tasks:
- administration of Linux servers (physical and virtual based on RHEL/SberLinux)
- ensuring the stability of infrastructure components (updates, security, performance)
- management and support of Hadoop clusters (HDFS, YARN, Hive, Spark, Kafka, etc.)
- configuration and optimization of cluster performance, ensuring fault tolerance and scalability
- automation of work processes using Bash/Python and Ansible
- support and development of monitoring systems (Prometheus, VictoriaMetrics, Grafana, ELK)
- configuration of CI/CD processes (Jenkins, GitLab)
- participation in infrastructure projects and research, preparation of technical documentation.
Requirements
We expect from the candidate:
- higher education in IT
- experience in administering GNU/Linux servers (RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu) for 4+ years
- work with automation tools (Ansible, Bash, Python)
- configuration and operation of monitoring systems (Prometheus, VictoriaMetrics, Grafana, ELK)
- use of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab, Nexus)
- experience in administering Hadoop clusters (HDFS, YARN, Hive, Spark, Kafka, etc.)
- knowledge of network protocols and principles of building fault-tolerant systems
- experience with distributed systems and big data.
Will be a plus:
- experience in administering Hadoop clusters on a large scale
- work with Docker and Kubernetes
- building containers, using docker-compose, working with k8s (preparation, deployment)
- experience in configuring load balancers (HaProxy/Nginx)
- understanding of the features of scalable and high-load systems
- experience with Big Data technologies (Kafka, Airflow, Zeppelin, Nifi, etc.).
