Description
Our team works on projects related to the creation and development of a fault-tolerant infrastructure for our company, a software developer. We use Linux as the primary operating system for our servers and applications. We use our own distribution to make things more convenient for us. In our work, we apply not only the "gold standard" technologies but are also ready to create new tools to solve tasks effectively. We work with dynamic infrastructure and are not afraid to adopt interesting solutions.
We expect you to have experience with technologies and a willingness to apply them in practice. You must be able to configure, monitor, and troubleshoot load balancers, application servers, and databases, as well as understand the principles of fault tolerance and clustering. You should also be familiar with cloud providers and/or virtualization, containerization, and orchestration systems.
We will be happy to appreciate your ability to solve problems independently, analyze requirements, and learn new technologies.
Responsibilities
- ensuring uninterrupted and fault-tolerant operation of the company's IT services
- monitoring and supporting existing services, implementing new ones
- maintaining documentation for IT infrastructure and services
- user support, providing assistance and consultations
- interaction with suppliers/contractors (formulating requirements, preparing technical specifications, conducting expertise)
- experience with IP telephony.
Requirements
- at least 3 years of relevant experience
- confident knowledge of Linux (RHEL/CentOS/Ubuntu/Debian/Alt Linux) at an administrator level
- automation of one's own work (bash, python, ansible/terraform, openapi, etc.), experience in database administration: MySQL, PostgreSQL (clusters, replicas), experience with monitoring systems (Zabbix/Prometheus) and visualization (Grafana), experience with backup systems, experience with backup systems, experience in configuring and operating various web and app servers (nginx, apache, haproxy, tomcat, …), experience with cloud providers
- understanding of network interaction (protocols/routing) at a level sufficient for diagnosing and solving problems
- experience with cloud providers.
Will be a plus:
- knowledge of English at a level sufficient for reading technical documentation
- skills in working with generative AI models: experience in creating AI agents and using them in work will be an advantage.
