Description
The infrastructure team of the SFN company is looking for a highly qualified specialist with deep knowledge of Linux systems and experience in implementing and supporting critical infrastructure solutions. You will be responsible for the operation and development of the server infrastructure based on modern Linux distributions — Rocky, Ubuntu, Debian, Astra. Your role includes performance optimization, ensuring high availability, developing automated management processes, and supporting key components of the company's IT landscape.
Responsibilities
- Operation of Linux operating systems based on Rocky/Ubuntu/Debian/Astra.
- Operation of web services based on nginx, apache.
- Development and operation of monitoring systems based on Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana, mimir.
- Development of solutions for automating administration tasks based on Ansible, AWX, GitLab, Python, bash/shell, and integrations with related systems (Jira, Insight, Confluence, Zabbix, MS AD, GitLab).
- Implementation and operation of systems for logging operating system and specialized software activity (ELK/Tempo/Loki, etc.).
- Development of technical standards and operational documentation for the systems listed above.
- Performing preventive, scheduled, and emergency recovery work (including backup operations, etc.).
- Operational management of the team of Linux system administrators (short-term and medium-term work planning for the team).
- Forming the roadmap for the development of the Linux infrastructure direction.
Requirements
- Expert knowledge of Linux. Deep understanding of operating system mechanisms. Experience in diagnosing and resolving complex issues.
- Strong knowledge of Git, Ansible, Zabbix, Grafana.
- Experience in installing and configuring networks, supporting systems and services, web servers and databases, monitoring infrastructure and services, automating tasks.
- Basic knowledge of PostgreSQL administration.
- Experience in large projects and 24/7 system support.
- Experience with LVM, Postfix, BIND, HAProxy, keepalived, iptables, firewalld, UFW, SFTP, SCP.
- Knowledge of ITIL fundamentals.
- English language skills at the level of reading technical documentation.
- Independence, responsibility.
- Higher education in the field of information technology or higher technical education.
- It will be a plus to have experience with: VMware vCloud Director; sssd; NextCloud; Terraform; uyuni; AVPO Kaspersky for Linux; Patroni clusters; cluster creation; Docker; S3; PKI; knowledge of SELinux, AppArmor; telephony systems.
