Today our team unites professionals working remotely from Poland, Belarus, Georgia, and other countries. We are now looking for a User Acquisition Manager who confidently works with Ad Networks and DSPs (AppLovin, Moloco, UnityAds, ironSource).
Requirements:
- Experience in mobile User Acquisition
- Practical experience with any 2+ networks from the list: AppLovin, Unity Ads, ironSource, Moloco, Mintegral
- Successful experience launching advertising campaigns from scratch and scaling traffic
- Ability to work with Appsflyer
- Experience in testing and analyzing creatives
Your tasks:
- Launching and scaling campaigns in AppLovin, UnityAds, Moloco, ironSource, and other SDK/DSP networks
- Launching networks from scratch: working with creatives, geos, segments, targeting, and bidding strategies
- Regular communication with account managers to accelerate network development and optimize results
- Close collaboration with creative, product, and UA teams
- Searching for and testing new traffic sources, analyzing their potential, and scaling promising directions
