🔹 About the company Our client is an international product with a multi-million audience, one of the leading services for messaging, audio, and video calls.

What's important for the role: ✔️ 3+ years of experience managing an engineering team ✔️ 8+ years in backend development ✔️ 2+ years of commercial experience with Go ✔️ Practical experience in building and developing high-load distributed systems ✔️ Good knowledge of cloud ecosystems (AWS/GCP) and NoSQL solutions (e.g., Couchbase) ✔️ Experience with microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD ✔️ Understanding of Agile approaches and strong architectural skills

What you will be doing: 🔹 Developing and coordinating a distributed team of backend developers 🔹 Combining technical leadership and hands-on development (approximately 50/50) 🔹 Participating in the design and development of a scalable backend platform 🔹 Interacting with Product, Mobile, QA, and other teams to implement product initiatives 🔹 Taking part in technical decisions and improving engineering processes

Will be a plus: ➕ Experience with AdTech products (DSP, SSP, Ad Exchange) ➕ Vue.js or other frontend frameworks ➕ Java ➕ Monitoring and observability tools ➕ Experience managing distributed teams ➕ Practice of building high-quality unit testing and using mocking frameworks
