Scope of Responsibility/Functions:
1. Presale and Customer Interaction
- Participation in presale activities: conducting initial negotiations, performing audits, writing technical specifications, estimating effort, defending commercial proposals (CPs);
- Building long-term partnerships with key client stakeholders;
- Managing customer expectations, regularly collecting feedback, and preventing customer churn;
- Acting as the highest point of escalation for complex or conflict situations on projects;
2. Project Management and Administration
- Organizing the simultaneous management of an automation project portfolio for various clients (from small businesses to large corporations);
- Monitoring SLA compliance during implementation and subsequent support stages;
- Controlling development quality;
- Ensuring timely signing of work completion certificates;
3. Resource and Team Management
- Forming and developing the team (consultants, implementers, developers, engineers): conducting appraisals, recruiting, mentoring;
- Resource management: prompt reallocation of specialists between projects for different clients to minimize downtime;
- Implementing and monitoring compliance with regulations, as well as assessing the performance of each specialist.
Our Expectations:
Professional Knowledge:
- At least 3 years of experience managing an IT project portfolio in an IT franchise, IT consulting, or with a system integrator;
- Skills in conducting commercial negotiations at the executive level;
- Financial planning experience: calculating project costs, budgeting, monitoring profitability, and working with KPIs/SLA;
- Deep knowledge of the architecture and capabilities of flagship 1C:ERP (knowledge of 1C:UH, KA, ZUP will be an advantage);
- Understanding of 1C system integration principles with external software;
- Experience in auditing and quality control of code/technical specifications: understanding of "1C" firm development standards, knowledge of project documentation management methodology;
- Proficiency in project automation tools: in our case, Jira;
- Professional certifications (will be an advantage).
Personal Qualities:
- Strong facilitation and negotiation skills;
- Ability to translate business "pain points" and emotional requirements into understandable technical language;
- Ability to say "no" to clients in a timely manner without losing loyalty and to define project boundaries;
- Ability to lead a team of IT specialists, motivating them during periods of high project load and "peak" releases;
- Ability to step away from operational micromanagement to address strategic departmental goals;
- Ability to remain calm, focused, and productive under tight deadlines, staff shortages, or simultaneous escalations from multiple clients;
- Readiness to quickly reconfigure processes, change priorities, and reallocate resources as project conditions change.
What we offer (besides stability):
- Compensation: Fixed salary of 120,000 RUB net + monthly/quarterly bonuses based on departmental performance (percentage of project profitability + SLA achievement). The realistic average income for a manager in this position is from 220,000 RUB;
