We are looking for a Middle+/ Senior System Analyst for an international product IT company.

Responsibilities: Collect, analyze, and formalize business and system requirements Prepare task descriptions and technical specifications for the development team Describe business processes, system logic, and integration scenarios Develop and document API integrations with external systems and partners Describe interaction contracts between services: request/response models, parameters, constraints, error handling Analyze data flows and control the correctness of information transfer between systems Participate in the design of data structures and interact with databases Analyze logs, technical incidents, and causes of errors Prepare requirements for correcting and improving integration processes Interact with development teams, product teams, external vendors, and partners Support tasks at all stages of development — from elaboration to release Maintain and update technical documentation

Requirements: At least 5 years of experience as a System Analyst Practical experience in preparing system requirements and technical documentation Experience in setting tasks for a development team Understanding of REST API principles, JSON/XML, and request/response interactions Experience with integrations between internal and external systems Understanding of relational database principles and data structures Skills in analyzing logs, incidents, and technical problems Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Experience with microservice and event-driven architecture Proficient in SQL (PostgreSQL) Experience with Kafka or RabbitMQ Knowledge of UML/BPMN Experience with Swagger/OpenAPI, Postman Experience using Jira, YouTrack, Confluence, or similar tools Basic knowledge of Docker/Kubernetes will be an advantage English language — B2 level and above (fluent conversational level)

Conditions: Office-based work in Limassol Official employment under the Cyprus Labor Code 5/2 work schedule, flexible start of the workday from 8:00 to 10:00 Partial compensation for English language learning Breakfasts and lunches in the office 21 working days of vacation, 4 additional days off annually Corporate events
