**Team Lead Cross-Border Payments / Nota Group ** Remote

Nota Group is an international fintech company building payment infrastructure for cross-border settlements, private banking, and neo-banking.

What you will do:

• Manage a team of Cross-Border Managers
• Distribute deals, conduct daily/weekly meetings
• Resolve complex and escalated payment cases
• Control the quality, deadlines, and risks of operations
• Develop regulations and payment processes
• Interact with banks, providers, EMIs
• Maintain CRM and metrics (speed, errors, conversion)

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in cross-border payments / fintech / banking / FX
• 2+ years of team management (team lead / mentor)
• Knowledge of SWIFT, SEPA, correspondent accounts, AML/KYC/KYB
• Analytical and structural thinking
• Russian + English from B2+

Will be a plus:

• Experience working with a remote team
• B2B cross-border, treasury, FX operations
• CRM implementation and process automation
• Interaction with lawyers and accounting department
