— At least five years of experience as a product owner in IT product development. Experience in a B2B SaaS product will be a plus.
— At least two years of current experience as CPO, Head of Product, or Lead of Product.
— Ability to prioritize products considering P&L, understanding of product P&L.
— Experience working in an agile team.
— Ability to work with product unit economics, ability to independently verify data.
— Experience working with the corporate segment and long sales cycles, understanding of enterprise specifics.
— Systematic experience in hiring product managers and filling product roles.
— Ability to share responsibility for deadlines with the development manager (e.g., manage deadlines by adjusting the MVP scope).
— Confident communication skills: ability to interact with colleagues from different areas of responsibility, find win-win solutions in controversial situations.
We offer
— A compensation level that depends on your technical knowledge and skills. We regularly review salaries considering professional growth. Financial bonuses are also available.

— A strong engineering community. We regularly hold internal technical conferences and share experience between teams. You will always find someone to consult with.
— Opportunities to switch products, teams, or subject areas within the company. We support development in any direction.
— Communication on a "you" basis and maximum horizontal connections in the team to agree and resolve work tasks faster.
— Opportunities to share expertise. We help with speaking at conferences, participating in podcasts or videos, and writing articles.
