🎯 Recruiter (Affiliate Hiring) - iGaming

We are developing an international iGaming project and are looking for a recruiter who will take on the hiring of Affiliate Managers and Affiliate Team Leads – from independently sourcing candidates to their onboarding and integration.

We need specialists who understand the affiliate domain, traffic economics, and the specifics of iGaming, can find strong candidates, and assess their real experience and results. 🚀

🔎 Responsibilities

• 🔍 Independently source candidates through LinkedIn, Telegram, specialized iGaming communities, and referrals. • 💬 Conduct initial interviews and assess: • experience in affiliate marketing; • understanding of CPA / RevShare / Hybrid models; • traffic sources; • experience in attracting and developing partners. • 🎯 Formulate candidate profiles and define selection criteria based on specific position tasks. • 🔄 Manage the full recruitment cycle: from initial contact to offer and employee start. • 📅 Organize interviews, gather feedback, and maintain communication with candidates at every stage. • 🤝 Coordinate onboarding: introduce newcomers to the team and processes, organize access and connection to work tools. • 💭 Collect feedback from new employees during their adaptation period. • 📊 Maintain the hiring funnel, track search effectiveness, and build a database of potential candidates.

⭐ What's important to us

• 👩‍💼 2+ years of recruiting experience, including hiring specialists in iGaming / betting / casino. • 🎰 Understanding of the affiliate domain and the specifics of Affiliate Managers and Affiliate Team Leads. • 📈 Ability to assess specific candidate results, their personal role in achieving them, and their suitability for the position. • 🕵️ Experience in independent sourcing and attracting passive candidates. • 🤝 Experience in organizing onboarding and supporting adaptation. • 🇬🇧 English language – B1 level or higher. • ⚡ Independence, systematic approach, and the ability to see recruitment through to completion.

💎 A big plus will be

☑ Experience closing Affiliate Manager / Affiliate Team Lead positions. • 🌐 Own network of contacts in iGaming affiliate marketing. • 🎤 Participation in industry conferences, including SiGMA and iGB.

💰 Work format and compensation

• 🏢 Full-time • 📍 Office-based in Limassol • 💵 Fixed salary + bonus for each hired employee who successfully passes the probationary period. • 📊 Agreed KPIs for funnel quality and hiring results: • relevant candidates passed for interview; • employees who started working. • 🤝 The amount of the fixed part, bonuses, and target indicators are discussed before cooperation begins.
