Web-Most Studio
We are involved in website development and digital design. Due to portfolio growth and active social media management (Behance), we are looking for a designer who will take on the design of mockups and the visual presentation of the studio's cases.
The studio is located in Orenburg; we will give preference to candidates from Orenburg.
We only consider applications with a portfolio.
Work format: remote / partial office presence (by agreement)
Employment: part-time
Probationary period: 1–2 months
Salary: based on interview results (fixed salary + possible bonus for speed of mockup delivery)
What you will do
Responsibilities:
- Layout of multi-page website mockups in Figma (from large blocks to button states and forms);
- Bringing mockups to a unified grid, autolayouts, and components — to make it easy for developers to slice them;
- Designing the studio's Behance page (preparing covers, shots, visual project structure);
- Packaging studio cases: collecting screenshots, writing structure (problem → solution → result), creating visually cohesive work presentations;
- Preparing banners and announcements for social media (based on existing mockups);
- Participating in briefings — understanding the task before starting the layout.
Professional Skills
Required:
High-level proficiency in Figma:
- confident use of Auto Layout (nested frames, adaptive layouts);
- working with components and their variants;
- styles (text, color, effects);
Ability to use neural networks (Midjourney, DALL·E 3, Kandinsky, Leonardo, Runway Gen-2 / Pika Labs) for:
- generating unique images for mockups and cases;
- creating backgrounds, icons, placeholders, and short animations for Behance;
Accuracy: clean layers in mockups, organized pages, clear frame names.
Ability to create user-friendly and understandable interfaces, and calculate user scenarios.
Will be a big plus:
- Ability to create motion graphics (using Rive, Lottie, After Effects, or even Figma Smart Animate for case presentations);
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS (to avoid designing elements that are impossible to code);
- Experience designing at least 2–3 cases on Behance (please send links).
Tasks you can take on during your probation period
- Take a "raw" mockup (structure+style) and perfect it according to the grid and autolayout;
- Assemble a cover and shots for a future case based on a finished website;
- Generate 3–4 strong images using neural networks to match the studio's style.
We Offer
- Regular projects — no downtime;
- Paid probationary period (100% salary);
- Direct work with the team;
- Opportunities for learning;
- Flexible start to the day (provided deadlines are met).
