Our product Lustrai is an ambitious international project at the intersection of AI, interactive content, and social platforms. We are creating an ecosystem of deeply immersive AI characters, utilizing cutting-edge text, voice, and video generation technologies.
We are currently in the active scaling phase of our MVP and are looking for a Lead Full-stack Developer / Architect to strengthen our team. We need an experienced architect capable of developing and maintaining a complex modular system where the effective orchestration of AI agents plays a key role.
The main mission of this position is to develop and maintain the scalable architecture of the project, effectively using the Claude + Superpowers concept. You will be responsible for controlling and optimizing the system where module development is delegated to AI sub-agents, ensuring a high level of architectural control.
Responsibilities:
- Architectural Development: Developing and optimizing the project's modular Full-stack architecture to ensure scalability and stability.
- AI Agent Orchestration: Implementing and developing a system for managing AI agents and sub-agents (via Claude + Superpowers) to automate development and internal processes.
- Backend Development: Developing and optimizing high-load logic on Laravel (PHP), working with databases (MySQL) and message queues.
- Frontend & Mobile: Overseeing and participating in the development of web interfaces (Vue3, Inertia.js) and the mobile application (React Native / Expo), ensuring a seamless user experience.
- AI Service Integration: Working with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic), implementing solutions for Voice, Video Call, and Real-time streaming.
- DevOps & CI/CD: Setting up automated deployment processes, monitoring (Grafana/Sentry), and ensuring system fault tolerance.
- Technical Leadership: Code reviews, mentoring, technical task decomposition, and controlling the implementation of the modular development plan.
Our Stack (basic, ready for your enhancements):
- Backend: Laravel (PHP), Inertia.js (SSR + SPA).
- Frontend: Vue3, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS.
- Mobile: React Native (Expo).
- AI Orchestration: Claude API, Superpowers framework, Custom AI Agents. Experience with AI tools like Cursor, Claude, Superpowers is a plus.
- Infrastructure: Nginx + php-fpm, Docker, CI/CD (GitHub Actions), MySQL.
- No-code/Low-code: Experience with Bolt.dev, Lovable.dev, Supabase for rapid prototyping is a plus.
What we expect from you:
- Experience: 6+ years in commercial Full-stack development, with at least 2 years in a Senior/Lead position.
- Architectural Thinking: Experience in developing and optimizing complex systems, understanding microservices and modular approaches.
- AI-Native Approach: You don't just use ChatGPT; you understand how agents work, can build complex prompt chains, and orchestrate the work of multiple AI models.
- Product Drive: Ability to work in a startup environment (fast iterations, MVP, chaos), proactivity, and focus on business results.
- Technical Stack: Deep proficiency in Laravel (PHP), Vue3 (Inertia.js). Experience with WebSockets and Real-time data.
- Autonomy: Ability to make decisions and take responsibility for them without constant supervision.
