We are looking for a capable MM for our crypto projects on the following networks: Base Ethereum Solana

Main Task: Manage launch mechanics: what to buy back, when and in what volume, how to distribute and realize supply to maximize launch revenue.

WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE Develop buyback strategies for launches: volumes, timing, expediency Analyze competitor launches: what worked, what didn't, what can be replicated Assess the expediency of a specific buyback — when to enter, when to skip Plan supply realization: how and at what pace to release into the market Provide input for software improvement — what to tweak to make launches more effective Calculate launch economics: entry, expected return, risks

REQUIREMENTS Experience in token launches with specific proof — what was launched, with what results Deep understanding of launch mechanics on pump.fun / Base / EVM Market awareness: understand what's currently succeeding and why Ability to read on-chain data — wallets, flows, behavior of other teams and snipers Understanding of tokenomics, vesting, supply distribution Understanding of launch software — bundles, anti-snipe, execution — to set tasks for development

HOW WE WORK Start with a trial period and limited volume, scaling based on results Transparent reporting for each buyback and realization

WHAT WILL BE A PLUS Own developments/software for launches Understanding of crypto-Twitter and meme psychology Experience in realizing large supply without price collapse Connections in the Base / Solana ecosystem

PAYMENT FORMAT % of launches + fixed fee when there are fewer launches
