📌What you'll do: — manage key market indicators: revenue, retention, conversion, ROI, etc.; — analyze funnels, cohorts, user behavior, and competitors; — launch and optimize CRM, retention, and promo initiatives; — test the product and improve local customer experience; — formulate and test growth hypotheses; — collaborate with Product, CRM, VIP, Support, Marketing, Finance, Payments, and Legal departments.

📌What's important: — 3+ years of experience in Regional/Product/Business Operations/Business Development or a similar role; — experience in iGaming, FinTech, Crypto, e-commerce, or data-driven B2C; — confident work with business and product metrics; — strong analytical skills, independence, and ownership of results; — Russian and English from B2 level.
