**🚀 **We’re looking for Customer Support Specialist

🏢 Company: Empresex (FinTech) 📍 Location: Warsaw (office) 💰 Salary: 800 - 1200 EUR

What you need to do

🌱 Process user requests (chat, email, ticket system) 🌱 Advise clients on deposits and crypto operations 🌱 Support clients during KYC procedures 🌱 Monitor request statuses 🌱 Escalate complex cases to the financial and Compliance departments

Our expectations

✔️ Experience in Customer Support (fintech or e-commerce will be an advantage) ✔️ English B1–B2 ✔️ Basic understanding of payment systems and cryptocurrencies ✔️ Attention to detail and ability to work according to procedures

Will be a plus

➕ Experience in fintech or crypto projects ➕ Experience with customer service platforms
