The role is a remote position, with a 40-hour workweek, flexible working hours, and occasional overlap with the US team.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the entire recruiting process end-to-end, from intake to offer, across all departments.
• Lead full-cycle recruiting for senior, technical, and other complex/hard-to-fill roles in the U.S. and Europe.
• Build, implement, and continuously improve the recruiting process (workflows, ATS, tests, tools) to make hiring faster and more effective.
• Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand each role, define the ideal candidate profile, and align on realistic requirements.
• Evaluate candidates' soft skills and cultural fit using structured, repeatable evaluation methods.
• Track existing and identify required recruiting KPIs and use data to drive process improvements.
• Train and coach hiring managers on interviewing best practices, evaluation criteria, and how to run an effective hiring process.
• Stay current on market salary benchmarks across the U.S. and Europe to guide competitive, realistic compensation decisions.
