We're hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own full-cycle recruitment across LATAM, Europe, and the USA. From sourcing to offer, you'll manage hiring across multiple markets, build out our talent pipeline, and partner directly with hiring managers to make confident, high-quality hires.

What you'll own

• Own Full-Cycle Hiring Across LATAM, Europe, and the USA: From sourcing to offer, manage hiring across multiple markets — navigating different candidate expectations and timelines while keeping things fast and efficient
• Build a Global Talent Pipeline: Source across LATAM, Europe, and the US through LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals — and develop real market fluency in each region
• Drive Process Improvement: Spot what's slow or broken and fix it. Implement practices that boost speed, quality, and candidate experience across regions
• Deliver a Strong Candidate Experience: Build real relationships with candidates — every interaction should reflect well on us, win or lose
• Partner with Hiring Managers: Be a trusted advisor — guide structured interviews, evaluation, and regional best practices to help managers hire with confidence
• Go Beyond Recruiting: Contribute to employer branding, engagement, and performance initiatives across our key markets

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. Master's is a plus
• 2+ years of in-house recruitment experience, not a recruiting agency
• Hiring experience in at least one key market (LATAM, Europe, or USA). Multi-region experience is a strong plus
• Fluent English (C1) — daily cross-geo communication
• Strong grasp of sourcing strategies and what great candidate experience looks like
