Role Description The Tech Recruiter (Internship) role at LeadVaultAI is a full-time, remote position focused on supporting end-to-end recruitment for technical and product-focused roles. Day-to-day responsibilities include sourcing candidates through various channels, screening resumes, conducting initial qualification calls, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers and team leads. The intern will help maintain candidate pipelines, update recruitment trackers and ATS records, and contribute to job description creation tailored to technical skill sets and company needs. The role also involves collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand hiring requirements, supporting offer processes, and assisting in employer branding initiatives such as outreach campaigns or recruitment marketing content. This internship is designed to provide hands-on experience in modern, data-driven technical recruiting within a fast-paced AI startup environment.
