We are looking for a Middle Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage full-cycle recruitment and help scale hiring across R&D, Data, and Product roles. This position involves close collaboration with hiring managers, proactive talent sourcing, and continuous improvement of recruitment processes using data and modern tools.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Full-Cycle Recruitment: Independently manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing and interviewing to extending and closing offers.
- Develop a Talent Pool: Utilize various recruitment channels (social media, job boards, professional networks) to build and maintain a strong and diverse talent pipeline.
- Leverage Data: Analyze key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, offer acceptance rates) to optimize the hiring process and improve quality of hire.
- Advise Hiring Managers: Provide guidance to hiring managers on interview best practices, effective evaluation techniques, and process-related questions.
- Manage Candidate Experience: Maintain positive candidate relationships throughout the process, ensuring communication is timely and personalized.
- Negotiation & Offer Management: Independently lead offer negotiations, including salary, benefits, and other employment terms.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with proven ownership of end-to-end hiring processes across multiple roles and teams.
- Hands-on experience hiring for R&D, Data, and Product or related roles.
- Experience working across international markets and distributed teams, with a strong understanding of regional hiring nuances and global talent pools.
- Active usage of AI tools in recruitment with a mindset of optimizing processes through technology.
- Strong knowledge of modern sourcing strategies, talent acquisition frameworks, and market mapping approaches.
- Experience working with ATS and HR systems (e.g., Recruitee, Greenhouse, Lever, etc.), including maintaining data quality and using analytics for decision-making.
- Fluent English (C1) with the ability to communicate effectively with international stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Russian language proficiency will be considered a plus.
