About the Company

Nexpanse is an American AI product company. We are launching two new directions and are looking for a recruiter to fill 2 Product Manager positions.

⚠️ This is project-based work to fill specific positions. Payment is for results, not a monthly salary. There is potential for extension with outstanding results – we have a continuous hiring pipeline.

Who We Are Looking For

An experienced IT recruiter specializing in hiring Product Managers for B2C subscription products. Not general recruiting – we need someone who understands the specifics of product roles in a subscription model and knows where to find such candidates.

Who This Will Suit

• You are an IT recruiter with 3+ years of experience hiring Product Managers.
• You have filled positions in tech startups or product companies.
• You understand the B2C subscription model.
• You have a network in the product community.
• You are independent – no micromanagement needed.
• You are ready to start within 1-2 days.

What Needs To Be Done

• Search for active and passive candidates / use your network.
• Conduct prescreening according to the developed ICP (products should have pet projects, startup experience, technical background, strong vibecoding), screen out at the initial contact stage.
• Conduct initial interviews with candidates.
• Compile candidate reports.
• Forward top candidates to the founder's business assistant for the final stage.
• Maintain the pipeline.

What We Are NOT Looking For

• General recruiters without a focus on product roles.
• Those accustomed to working only through hh.ru.
• Lack of understanding of B2C subscription and AI product specifics.
• No experience with tech / product teams.

Target Deliverables

• A built pipeline of qualified candidates for 2 positions within 2 weeks.
• At least 20 candidates brought to a call with the business assistant.
• At least 8-10 finalists brought to the founder.

Payment (for results): from $1000 per 1 candidate
