Currently, our projects are released and continue to actively develop. We are used to completing tasks with high quality, but strict corporate hierarchy is not for us.

At ChillBase, we are creating the unique Social RolePlay game OneState, and now we are looking for a System Administrator to join our Admin team in Limassol and Dubai.

Expectations

What you will be doing:

• Providing technical support to company employees
• Managing user accounts, configuring access and software licenses
• Supporting and maintaining office IT infrastructure
• Selecting and preparing equipment based on employee requests

What we want to see:

• At least 2 years of experience as a System Administrator
• Knowledge of network technologies: TCP/IP, DHCP, NAT, DNS
• Experience in setting up and supporting VPN solutions (WireGuard, VLESS, NetBird)
• Good understanding of PC hardware: assembly, diagnostics and troubleshooting, knowledge of the component market
• Practical experience in laying and organizing local networks
• Experience administering Windows operating systems
• Knowledge of the Russian language at C1 level
• Willingness to work in our offices in Limassol and Dubai

Hiring process

4. A final interview with a manager or team lead. We will discuss the results of the previous stages, address any remaining questions, and align expectations.
