Who are we looking for?

You are not just a marketer. You know how to make a brand come alive.

You know how to make people talk about us, post about us, remember us, and come back.

You are a strategist and an aesthete in one person. You can both come up with a big idea and personally approve a photoshoot, text, or mailing. And most importantly – you want to do things, not «approve them for a week».

What will you do:

• Develop and implement a marketing strategy for Cepage & WineWood
• Manage the tone, visuals, and messaging across all touchpoints: from social media to the entrance sign
• Create a strong SMM presence (Instagram, Telegram, and whatever works)
• Work with journalists, bloggers, and partners to get us featured and talked about
• Organize events and collaborations that will give people goosebumps (and stories)
• Maintain and develop a club atmosphere
• Manage contractors, be creative, launch, test, and scale

• Experience in the premium segment of HoReCa, lifestyle
• An eye for style, an ear for tone, hands-on execution
• Ability to build a brand "on the spot", without templates
• Self-confidence, but without unnecessary pretentiousness
