🎯Our ideal candidate:
- 8–12+ years in engineering. An engineering leader with a strong technical background;
- 3–5+ years in roles of Engineering Manager / Head of Engineering / Principal Engineer / Tech Lead of several teams/products;
- Experience working in fast-paced startups that launch 3+ new IT products per quarter;
- Experience scaling teams, processes, and architecture. A person who has built engineering systems, not just individual products;
- Understanding of AI / LLM systems at an architectural level (inference, RAG, evaluation, production constraints);
- Ability to think systemically, strategically, and with a multi-year horizon.
- Fluent English (B2+/C1) - for technical and business discussions, documentation, meetings with partners.
