Unimatch Lab is an AI-driven venture studio from Silicon Valley. We are building a pipeline for creating vertical AI products and the multi-agent economy of the future. Our goal is to launch 100 AI solutions in HealthTech, LegalTech, HRTech, and other verticals within 24 months. 🎯

We are looking for a key technical leader — a hybrid Head of Engineering and Principal Engineer. This is not just a manager, but an architect of a system in which multiple teams can stably and predictably launch 3+ new AI products per quarter. ⚙️

What you will be doing: ▶️ Design the engineering strategy and delivery system for mass parallel product launches. ▶️ Define architectural standards for all products (AI/LLM, RAG, inference, observability). ▶️ Scale the engineering organization: form squads, grow tech leads, create culture. ▶️ Be a bridge between business strategy (C-Level, investors) and technical implementation.

We are looking for someone who: ✅ Has 8+ years in engineering and 3+ years in EM / Head of Engineering / Principal Engineer roles in fast-paced startups. ✅ Has already built engineering systems and processes, not just individual products. Scaling experience is key. ✅ Understands AI/LLM architecture at an advanced level (production, limitations, optimization). 🧠 ✅ Thinks systematically and strategically, with a long-term horizon. ✅ Has fluent English (B2+/C1).
