Who we are looking for:
- You have 2–3+ years of recruitment experience (agency or in-house, iGaming experience is mandatory).
- You can not just close vacancies, but build a system: funnels, analytics, processes.
- You have your own warm candidate database and understand where to find new ones.
- English language — Upper-Intermediate and above (for communication with candidates and internal teams).
- Experience with employer branding and understanding how to make the company attractive to candidates will be a plus.
👉 Sourcer / Junior Recruiter
Who we are looking for:
- Basic understanding of recruitment and sourcing processes
- Minimal experience in recruitment / sourcing will be a plus
- Good information search and analysis skills
- Communication skills and willingness to learn
- Understanding of Boolean Search and X-Ray Search
- English language — Upper-Intermediate and above (for communication with candidates and internal teams).
- Desire to learn and grow in candidate recruitment.
- Excellent written and spoken language skills.
