We are looking for an investment attraction manager to scale our existing food service business.

We are developing a chain of confectioneries and coffee shops. The project is operational: there are open locations, actual revenue, and verified economics. Our current task is to accelerate scaling and attract private capital to open new locations in Russian cities.

Responsibilities:

— Search for private investors and entrepreneurs interested in investing in an operating business;

— Build and develop your own database of potential investors;

— Conduct initial negotiations and project presentations;

— Accompany the investor until the deal is closed and investments are received;

— Participate in the preparation of investment proposals.

We need someone who has already attracted investments and understands where to find private capital.

We are particularly interested in candidates with their own network of contacts among entrepreneurs, investors, real estate owners, top managers, and high-net-worth individuals.

We are not looking for someone solely to prepare presentations and financial models. The main goal is to bring in real investors and close deals.
