Junior 1C:ZUP Analyst (HR Analytics Team)

Hi! This is the 1C HR Systems Development team.

We are developing the 1C:ZUP software product for the entire Ozon — in Russia and abroad.

Every six months, we implement over 40 automation projects: from HR accounting and payroll calculation to high-load integrations with adjacent systems involving experts in technical issues.

We are looking for a Junior 1C:ZUP Analyst who is ready to develop 1C:ZUP for the entire Ozon with us and maintain a high level of engineering culture in the company.

You will

• Participate in implementation and integration projects.
• Gather and analyze requirements, interview key customers, structure and formalize requirements.
• Assign tasks to developers, monitor deadlines set by the customer, write test scenarios.
• Work on the 3rd line: analyze errors, assign tasks for their correction if necessary.
• Consult and train users on working in 1C:ZUP, write instructions.

What's important to us

• At least 1 year of experience as an analyst/methodologist with 1C:ZUP 3.1.
• Knowledge of standard 1C:ZUP mechanisms.
• Analytical mindset, operational thinking.
