Role

You own the product from launch. The core metric is paying users with positive unit economics.

This is a role at the intersection of product and marketing: growth comes from the product itself — funnel, onboarding, paywall, features. You'll be vibecoding a lot and actively involved in product development.

We're looking for a middle-level candidate. Your pet projects and obsession with AI coding and AI agents matter much more than years of formal experience. If you spend your evenings building your own stuff, trying to monetize it, testing ideas — that's exactly what we're looking for.

What you'll be doing

• Product-led growth. Improve the core funnel: quiz → eligibility → consultation → subscription → retention.
• Performance and SEO as tools. Understand the channels and their constraints (Meta / Google / TikTok), formulate hypotheses, and evaluate results.
• Vibecoding. Build and iterate on landing pages, quizzes, and parts of the funnel using no-code and AI tools.
• Subscription + service. Work on onboarding, pricing, and retention.
• Analytics. CAC, LTV, retention, conversion across the entire funnel.
• AI and automation. Generate creatives, build prototypes, analyze data, and set up AI agents for routine tasks.
