IT company RedLab is looking for a Head of Analytics

Responsibilities:

• Gathering, analyzing, and formalizing business and system requirements, identifying customer's real needs
• Developing solution architecture (high-level/solution design), system decomposition, participating in estimating timelines and complexity
• Participating in pre-sales: preparing technical proposals, forming solutions and teams for tasks
• Conducting technical interviews and assessing candidates (hard skills, systemic thinking, soft skills)
• Forming and staffing teams, controlling the quality of recruitment and compliance with customer expectations

Mandatory Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in system and business analysis
• Understanding of software architecture: microservices, integrations (REST, messaging, event-driven), distributed systems
• Experience in solution design (solution/high-level design)
• Knowledge of SDLC and development processes
• Experience conducting technical interviews
• Skills in working with clients and identifying needs
• Developed communication skills
• Technical knowledge: UML/BPMN/C4, API design, SQL/NoSQL, basic understanding of cloud and containerization (e.g., Kubernetes)
• Higher education

Will be a plus:

• Experience as an architect or tech lead
• Participation in pre-sales or IT solution sales
• Experience in outstaffing or system integration
• Understanding of the IT specialist market
• Experience in building teams from scratch
