Junior Recruiter

We are looking for Junior Recruiters to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will join either our Risk or Analytics hiring stream, supporting the full recruitment cycle while working closely with hiring managers and experienced recruiters who will mentor your growth and development. This role is a great fit for someone who has already taken their first steps in recruitment within a product or tech company, wants to grow their sourcing and interviewing skills, and enjoys working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Challenges that await you:

• Supporting the end-to-end recruitment process within your stream
• Proactively sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, GetMatch, and other job boards
• Conducting initial candidate interviews and coordinating the hiring process
• Building and maintaining strong candidate pipelines
• Partnering with hiring managers and your stream lead to drive hiring decisions
• Ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Tracking recruitment metrics and maintaining accurate data in the ATS

What makes you a great fit:

• 1+ year of experience in recruitment
• Experience using sourcing tools such as LinkedIn, GetMatch, or similar platforms
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized in a dynamic environment
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Curiosity and genuine motivation to grow within recruitment
• B2 or higher English level for effective communication with an international team
