Talent Acquisition Specialist (Digital)
We are looking for a proactive and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist who will play a key role in scaling our Digital & Product teams. You will work with a wide range of roles — from product managers and designers to digital marketers and analysts — ensuring a steady pipeline of high-quality talent that supports the company’s growth.
Your Responsibilities
- Identify and attract top talent for Product and Business roles.
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies across various platforms (LinkedIn, Telegram, niche communities, and other channels).
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Maintain, update, and optimize the ATS to ensure smooth processes, transparent tracking, and an excellent candidate experience.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and shape hiring strategy.
- Conduct market research, track trends in digital, product, and tech talent markets, and suggest improvements to the recruitment process.
What We Expect From You
- 3+ years of experience in recruitment, ideally with a focus on digital, product, or technical roles.
- Strong sourcing skills and the ability to identify qualified candidates through multiple channels and tools.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, with experience building long-term relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
- Experience working with recruitment analytics and funnels, including tracking key metrics, analyzing conversion rates, and optimizing hiring processes based on data insights.
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
- Experience working in startups, fast-growing product companies, or international environments is a strong plus.
