What We’re Looking For — 4+ years of recruitment experience, with proven success hiring BDRs, SDRs, AEs, and Enterprise Sales roles — Experience hiring for US-based companies is strongly preferred — Solid understanding of remote work culture and international collaboration — Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple pipelines in a fast-paced environment
