We are looking for a strong Product Manager to take ownership of product growth and a 3-6 month roadmap.

⚙️ We are building a mobile-first professional networking marketplace, where the focus is not on "vanity connections", but on real collaborations and value for users. The product is developing rapidly, and there are many hypotheses.

✔️ Who we are looking for:

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management • Experience in B2C/B2B SaaS, marketplaces, or products with a network effect • A proven track record of improving metrics (growth, activation, retention, etc.) • Strong hypothesis-driven thinking and product sense • Fluent English

❗️Mandatory: — Experience working in a startup or an environment with rapid iterations — Willingness to work directly with stakeholders and take responsibility — Comfort in the "let's do it quickly, test, and move on" role

Ideally, if you have experience in products similar to Intch - professional communities, talent marketplaces, networking platforms, SaaS with social mechanics, where trust, matching, engagement, and repeat usage are important.

⚡ What you will do:

• Own the 3-6 month roadmap: strategy + experiments + delivery • Drive growth through hypotheses and measurable experiments • Work closely with the CEO, engineering, marketing, and support • Conduct CustDev and deeply understand user behavior (global audience) • Make decisions based on metrics, not feelings • Help build the product function as the company grows
