CPO / Product Director in Telecom Business (to Uzbekistan)

Salary in US dollars: $15,000 plus bonus and relocation package.

The Telecom Business in Uzbekistan is looking for a CPO / Product Director. We need a strong operational product leader who can manage product portfolio, roadmap, teams, metrics, economics, and digital product launches.

This role is not just about strategy. We need someone who can manage the product function daily: prioritize initiatives, connect product, IT, marketing, sales, finance, and customer experience, launch changes, and drive them to business results.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the product line and product portfolio;
• Formulate and maintain the roadmap;
• Launch and develop digital products and services;
• Manage product teams and processes;
• Work with metrics, economics, conversion, retention, and revenue;
• Build interaction with IT, marketing, sales, finance, and customer service;
• Prioritize initiatives and control their implementation;
• Be responsible for the results, quality, and operational efficiency of the product block.

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience as CPO / Product Director / Head of Product;
• Experience in telecom / digital / fintech / enterprise products / large B2C or B2B2C products;
• Experience managing a product portfolio or multiple product lines;
• Strong understanding of roadmaps, customer journeys, unit economics, and product metrics;
• Experience managing teams and managers;
• Ability to work at the intersection of product, IT, commerce, marketing, and finance;
• Strong operational approach and ability to drive initiatives to completion;
• A role for a candidate who can not only build product strategy but also lead the product function as a business: through processes, teams, metrics, economics, and results.
