Our team is developing a data platform in the "People and Culture" block.
The Data Products we create are the foundation for comprehensive HR analytics, in-depth human resources research, and the creation of effective ML models. They help make informed decisions based on real data.
We are looking for a Java developer to create tools for working with data in Data LakeHouse (streaming storage population, data catalog, computational engine, BI tool development).
Responsibilities
- Develop, enhance, and adapt Data Platform components related to DataLakeHouse population and ML integrations.
- Develop a BI application, including architectural design, writing the application itself, and integrating with other microservices.
- Maintain code cleanliness and test coverage.
- Participate in code reviews and release process phases.
- Analyze service performance improvements.
Requirements
- Proficient knowledge of Java.
- Solid knowledge of the Spring ecosystem.
- Commercial development experience of 2+ years.
Will be a plus:
- Knowledge of Kotlin.
- Knowledge of Kafka.
- Understanding of containerized environments and DevOps.
- Technical background (PKI, Linux).
- Skills in working with generative AI models; experience in creating AI agents and using them in work will be an advantage;
- Experience using GigaChat, Kandinsky, and similar tools in products, skills in creating and using AI agents.
- Instrumental proficiency in AI for analysis, generation, and automation.
