Vacancy: Senior Product Designer (AI-Assisted Workflows)

Location: Belarus, Minsk (Remote)
We are a product company developing our own product, Upservice. We are building a cloud-based application for businesses and are looking for a product designer to lead solutions from research and scenario planning to launch and result verification.
Responsibilities
- Design adaptive web and mobile application scenarios.
- Conduct research, analyze competitors, and test product hypotheses.
- Connect design solutions with user tasks, business goals, and metrics.
- Create interactive and code-backed prototypes.
- Apply AI for research, scenarios, content, concepts, and prototyping.
- Develop the application's design system.
- Support solutions until launch, verify implementation, and review results after release.
What's important to us
- 5+ years in product design, primarily B2B.
- Strong adaptive web cases with clear logic and results. Mobile experience is a plus.
- Proficient in Figma: Auto Layout, Variables, component properties, and prototyping.
- Experience with qualitative and quantitative research, usability testing.
- Understanding of product analytics: events, funnels, segments, and A/B tests.
- Ability to design logic, system states, and interface behavior.
- Knowledge of accessibility: WCAG 2.2 AA, visible focus states, keyboard navigation, contrast, and reduced motion mode.
- Ability to justify decisions and work in a collaborative product team.
AI-assisted workflow

- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Git.

- Experience with synchronizing Figma and production components via Storybook or Code Connect.
- Prompt engineering, MCP, and API automation.
- Experience designing AI features: human-in-the-loop, explainability, feedback loops, and error handling.
