REMOTE OR RELOCATION TO CYPRUS | REDTEAMS

Tasks:

• Design and iteratively improve mathematical models in collaboration with the product team;
• Prepare technical documentation for the backend and product managers;
• Support developers and QA engineers to ensure the game server complies with the mathematical model;
• Interact with other members of the studio to create high-quality and successful games.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or related disciplines. A Master's degree is a plus.
• Experience: 2+ years of experience as a Game Mathematician in the iGaming industry.
• Hard Skills:
  • Proficient in at least one programming language for mathematical modeling (Python, C#, or similar);
  • Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets;
  • Deep understanding of probability theory and statistical analysis;
  • Ability to develop and analyze mathematical models for slot games.
• Soft Skills: Creative approach to problem-solving, attention to detail, good communication skills, adaptability to a fast-paced work environment.

Will be a significant advantage:

• Experience in creating simple game prototypes for math testing;
• Experience in game design;
• Experience with statistics and game performance metrics, statistically oriented mindset.
