We are currently looking for a Project Manager for our creative team – someone who will help establish a clear and predictable creative production process and manage projects from brief to final deliverables. In this role, it's important to be able to work with various formats and production participants, keep several projects in focus simultaneously, and help the team meet deadlines without sacrificing quality.
Responsibilities
- Plan the full cycle of creative production: from task assignment to the release of final materials — banners, OOH, video, and motion graphics;
- Update and prioritize the backlog together with other project and product managers;
- Gather input from marketing and product teams and transform it into clear technical specifications (TZ);
- Manage tasks in Jira: assign them using templates, distribute them among designers, copywriters, motion designers, and contractors, and monitor deadlines;
- Coordinate the work of the team and contractors, establishing a transparent process without loss of quality across multiple projects simultaneously;
- Implement and maintain pipelines and checklists to ensure a smooth production flow;
- Maintain associated documentation and interact with legal, accounting, and document flow teams.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience as a Project Manager in an agency or in-house team;
- Understanding of the full production cycle: from idea and brief to final materials and placement;
- Ability to plan team work, prioritize tasks, and monitor deadlines across multiple projects simultaneously;
- Proficient in Jira and Confluence;
Experience using Claude or other AI tools in work is a big plus: for task assignment, working with prompts, and other work scenarios.
Conditions
- We offer voluntary medical insurance (DMS) with dental coverage or compensation for medical services, as well as a psychological support service;
- We care about your physical health — we compensate expenses for sports activities or the purchase of sports equipment;
- We compensate for the cost of equipment you purchase for work;
- We create opportunities for development: we pay for training, conferences, and meetups relevant to your work;
- We provide access to our corporate loyalty program: personal discounts on Flowwow and offers from partners.
